The food brand EL POZO commissioned the creation of a new brand of vegetarian food products. These will be sold in the main supermarkets in Spain next year. Although it is not the first brand to launch this type of product in Spain, we have detected that it is a market that still does not satisfactorily meet the needs of consumers.
